What is CBT?

CBT helps you to change how you think and what you do as a result of these thoughts.It looks at how to improve your state of mind in the here and now.

Therapy Sessions

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation, so you can be sure that CBT is suitable for you. The first session will be an assessment and each therapy session lasts for one hour.

The number of sessions can vary from  6-20

Training

If you are a school or organisation and feel your team would benefit from learning techniques and interventions for working with a specific group, or to improve their own well-being, then please get in touch.
