What is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) ?

 Research provides strong evidence that the thoughts we have, control the feelings we have and the feelings we have, determine what we do with our lives. CBT helps to identify any negative thinking patterns, behaviours and the beliefs associated with these.

Therapy Sessions

I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation, so you can be sure that CBT is suitable for you. The first session will be an assessment and each therapy session lasts for one hour.

The number of sessions can vary from
