Your anxiety or mood, do not define who you are. You are a human being that is likely to be feeling lost, fearful, confused, helpless or stuck in their life, so you are experiencing these symptoms as a result (lets drop the disorder!).

Anxiety and low mood are symptoms of an underlying cause. We are not born feeling anxious, sad or fearful, therefore something has happened to us to make us feel this way. 

Working with me, doesn't involve going back into the past, it involves understanding how the past has brought you to where you are today, then making the necessary changes to move you into the future you choose for yourself!
